Executive Self Discovery is a personal advisory mandate for entrepreneurs, executives and people in positions of responsibility. Using philosophical tools, it helps identify and transform limiting situations, thinking-patterns, conditioning as well as fears and conflicts, enabling clients to navigate and shape personal and business challenges more effectively.

Crisis Resolution is designed for entrepreneurs, executives and people in positions of responsibility who are facing a complex personal or business crisis. Strategic advisory and philosophical methods help stabilize personal energy, identify and resolve previously hidden personal and business-related causes and interdependencies, and navigate the crisis with resilience through wise decision-making, even under intense pressure.
FLORIAN PINK
Florian Pink, born in 1979, grew up in Bad Homburg, Germany, and has lived in Munich, Hamburg, Aberdeen (Scotland) and New Delhi. A qualified lawyer, he spent more than ten years working in corporate law, focusing on transactions and strategic legal advisory. In parallel, he built three companies of his own and advised mid-sized businesses as a strategy consultant on business development strategies for India and Southeast Asia.
As a trained paramedic and mountain rescuer, Florian has experienced numerous emergency situations, gaining formative insights into human behaviour under extreme circumstances and the value of life as such.
For more than 13 years, he has studied Vedic philosophy, Indian wisdom traditions and traditional methods of yoga under an Indian Yoga Master in New Delhi. For over nine years, he has led meditation practices in Germany. He combines this philosophical training with his experience as a lawyer, entrepreneur, investor and advisor, as well as the insights gained from his own life journey.
After narrowly surviving sudden cardiac death, Florian ended his previous career as a lawyer and entrepreneur and today focuses on providing philosophical advisory to entrepreneurs, executives and people in positions of responsibility. He helps his clients overcome limiting situations, develop their strength and capacity to act, and make powerful and wise decisions that translate into effective action.
